Take I-87 to Exit 21 toward NY-23/Catskill/Cairo
After exiting the toll both, turn Left at the traffic light onto Main Street
After .4 miles, turn Right onto the ramp for NY Route 23 W to Cairo
Take Route 23 West for 7.9 miles
Keep Left to stay on Route 23 as the road splits, and arrive at a blinking red light
Continue 15 miles up the mountain and in to the town of Windham
The Civic Centre will be on the Left at the intersection of Route 23 (Main St) and Church Street
